Who has thirty years of experience in the field of conveyancing
and property law. Her knowledge and skills go over and beyond that of
a conveyancing secretary. Anitha has handled portfolios of small and larger
enterprises, who is a detail orientated perfectionist that is able to
deliver on agreed deadlines even whilst under pressure.
Is junior partner at Singh & Associates. She obtained
her degree at the University of Durban Westville in 2004. Ashmeri has
knowledge and experience in Social Development matters, Debt Collection,
Administration of Estates, Civil Litigation, Road Accident Fund Claims
as well as Family Law and Property Transactions. Ashmeri has acted for
local and international investors as well as listed and unlisted corporate
clients, pension funds and insurance houses.
Has sound knowledge in Criminal proceedings and has successfully
concluded numerous Conveyancing matters. Ms Siverpersadh has been in Criminal
litigation for many years and has a well-established track record, further

Hassan specialises in all types of labour matters, with a particular focus on employment litigation including Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (“CCMA”), bargaining council, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, High Court and Supreme Court of Appeal cases.
